RE: NOTICE OF CONSEQUENCES OF DISOBEDIENCE TO ORDER OF HONOURABLE COURT

A copy of a court notice issued on the 18th day of March 2021 and titled " Notice of Consequences of Disobedience to Order of Honorable Court", was brought to our attention. 

In as much we are trying to respect the court orders on this matters, but it is important to state as well that this orders regardless of where it comes from, are against the fundamental rights of our fathers and mothers majority of whom are the real owners of this vast land in question. 

It is ironically sad, that the Judge who gave the orders, have deliberately infringed on the rights of the real and genuine owners of the land. We strongly believe that justice has been sold here and Justice Babawale will soon face the wrath of natural justice. 

It is also imperative to let our people know that few months ago, Oba Adewale Adeniji Oniraniken sold acres of land at Oke Rala which worth over 50 million Naira. The money was shared at Magodo Lagos, at the house of one Chief Akala,  who is said to be responsible for settling the security agencies and Judges in regards to this land matters. Those who shared the money are, Oba Oniraniken, Alh. Nuri Adebayo (Ba Jigi), Wale Below (Leader of  Oniranike's land grabbers) and one Mr Jibade (Land agent). We want to believe Justice A.A Babawale is happy now! Who knows if he has collected his share?.

In addition, it also good to let our people know that the following under listed people are beneficiaries of Oba Oniraniken's Land grabbing acts at Oke Rala Village and its environs;

*Wale Bello ( the leader of the land grabbers) got 700 acres of land from Oba Adewale Adeniji as compensation. 

*Immediate former Commissioner of Police  Ogun State got 50 acres plus 3M Naira.

*Former DCP ogun (One wale) now transferred to Oyo State got 50 acres.

* Present Ogun CP is collecting 1M naira monthly, collected SUV worth 3 million Naira and got 50 acres of land. 

Lastly, we want to state again, that we are not moved by any unjustified court orders, as we are all aware of many rots in the Nigerian Judiciary system especially on land matters. 

Our next action will speak the volume of the consequences of this unjustified-injustice and mischief orders on our aged fathers and mothers. We are determined to reclaim our land without minding whose ox is gored.
